With some snowfalls earlier in the week, and some icy cold temperatures, the 2015 opening of the  snow season kicked off with two lifts open, Big D and Playground offering a small taste of things to come. Visibility was poor and winds were strong, but for some it was worth it to be rewarded with short lift queues, even if the snow coverage wasn’t complete. For those who didn’t want to brave those conditions, there were plenty of activities and partying on Saturday night. A great weekend was had by all who attended.    ...
