The APEA Lodge at Mount Hotham has the following facilities available for members and their guests;
- Rooms – Room sizes vary from 2/3 person rooms to 6 person rooms (20 in total).
Pillows and doonas are provided,guests should bring sheets, towels and pillow cases.
- Communal Facilities – Dining room, kitchen, bathrooms, lounge, quiet room, sauna.
- Kitchen – The lodge has a modern kitchen with multiple cooking facilities including microwave ovens, convection ovens, gas stoves, three minute cycle dishwasher, hot water dispenser for drink preparation, refrigerators and adequate preparation areas.
- Provisions Supplied – The following list of items are provided for use during your stay. Flour, butter, margarine, coffee, tea, salt, sugar, milk, white bread, wholemeal bread, potatoes, onions, rolled oats, weetbix, honey, marmalade, jam, peanut butter, vegemite, bathroom soap, laundry detergent, tomato and Worcestershire sauce, orange/fruit juice (breakfast only), vinegar, mustard, curry powder, nutmeg, cinnamon, garlic, a variety of mixed herbs, spices and baking powder.
- Drying Room – The lodge has a large drying room with ample hanging space is available for drying out clothing which may have become wet.
- Rostered Duties – Each room is allocated a simple duty to perform according to a predetermined roster, to enable a reasonable standard of cleanliness etc within the lodge each member and guest has duties to be performed daily.
- Internet Access – The lodge has free wireless and wired internet access
- Sauna – The Lodge has a coin operated sauna, $1 coin for 5 minutes
